Arlington Community Schools Partners with Hometown for District-Wide Ticketing, Website, and Mobile App

ARLINGTON, TN - September 29, 2026 — Arlington Community Schools has partnered with Hometown to bring school websites and digital ticketing together across the district's athletic and activities programs, giving administrators a single trusted partner for managing events and connecting with families across Arlington. The district-wide partnership adopts Engage for their athletic website and mobile app, and Box Office to help run digital ticketing across all campus-wide events.

With Box Office, Arlington Community Schools gains secure, mobile-friendly, and cashless ticketing so fans spend less time in line and more time in the stands. Real-time sales reporting helps administrators and athletic directors track revenue as it comes in, and integrated payment processing means fewer manual reconciliation hours after every event.

"Our priority is providing the best possible experience for our community, and Hometown delivers exactly that,” said Rob Porter, the Supervisor of Communications and Planning at Arlington Community Schools. “We want our community to feel connected to our schools, and Hometown’s platform enables us to easily share updates and information to the community about our students and events from athletics to student activities and prom. With Hometown, we’ll make it easy for fans and families to support our students, transforming how we engage with our community."

Through Engage, the district gains school-branded websites and mobile apps so families, students, and fans can find schedules, scores, news, and event details in one place. Coaches and administrators can post updates in minutes, so communities stay informed without juggling multiple tools.

Bringing websites and ticketing onto one partner reduces complexity for school staff and creates a more connected experience for students, families, and supporters across the district.

“Transitioning to Hometown will be a game-changer for our athletic department. Our previous systems caused constant frustration and limited our ability to run smooth events and keep our community in the loop,” said Josh Manthe, Athletic Director at Arlington Community Schools. “Hometown not only helps us be more efficient in those areas, but provides us with tools to drive more revenue and celebrate our student-athletes. Now, our programs can easily highlight their athletes and keep the community connected through the integrated website & mobile app."

"We're excited to partner with Arlington Community Schools as they bring their school websites and ticketing together," said Dennis Levene, CEO of Hometown. "When a district decides to manage events and family communications with a single trusted partner, it shows they are focused on the experience for their students and fans, and we're proud to help Arlington deliver on that."

By selecting Hometown, Arlington Community Schools joins a growing number of Tennessee districts choosing a modern, connected approach to managing athletics and engaging their communities.
