OSAA Extends Exclusive Partnership with Hometown as Official Digital Ticketing Partner Through 2032

WILSONVILLE, OR — October 20, 2026 — The Oregon School Activities Association (OSAA) has renewed Hometown as its Official and Exclusive Digital Ticketing Partner through school year 2032, continuing a relationship that began in June 2020 and covers state championship events for the association's 299 member schools.

Box Office, Hometown's digital ticketing and event management solution, covers the 74 state championships the OSAA sponsors each year across 19 activities, from football and basketball to band, choir, and speech and debate. Fans buy and scan tickets from their phones, so lines move faster at the gate and championship staff are not counting cash at the end of the night. Athletic directors, activity directors, and support staff watch sales in real time as events unfold, so they can staff entrances and plan for crowds based on current numbers instead of a next-day report. To date, the partnership has powered the sale of more than 860,000 tickets for OSAA events.

The partnership rests on an integration with the OSAA's scheduling database and its custom website: activity schedules flow straight into ticketing, so member schools create events and set on-sale times without re-entering a single date. That connection has given the association room to move quickly. This past spring, the OSAA extended ticketing to University of Oregon venues with a quick turnaround to power a seamless fan and association experience. Hometown also built digital passes for the state coaches association and for OSAA officials, so credentials live in the Hometown Fan App instead of on paper.

“Our priority is to create the best possible championship experience for our member schools, participants, and fans,” said Peter Weber, Executive Director of the Oregon School Activities Association. “Over the past six years, Hometown has become a trusted partner that understands our needs and responds quickly as those needs evolve. Extending our partnership gives us the consistency, flexibility, and reliability to continue improving the event experience across every OSAA championship.”

“OSAA has shown us what a true partnership can look like,” said Dennis Levene, CEO of Hometown. “Together, we’ve built a connected ticketing experience that can adapt quickly as the association’s needs evolve, whether that means supporting new championship venues, expanding digital credentials, or creating a more seamless experience for fans. We’re incredibly proud of what we’ve built together and excited to continue serving OSAA, its member schools, and communities across Oregon for years to come.”
