Corpus Christi ISD Strengthens District-Wide Partnership with Hometown for Ticketing and Fundraising

CORPUS CHRISTI, TX - June 16, 2026 — Corpus Christi Independent School District (CCISD), serving nearly 32,000 students across 47 campuses, is continuing its partnership with Hometown, adding Box Office as the district's digital ticketing partner and Schoolfundr, Hometown's fee-free fundraising solution, as a fundraising vendor to support student programs district-wide.

By consolidating athletics ticketing and fundraising under a single partner, CCISD gives administrators, coaches, and athletic directors a connected approach to powering events and supporting the programs enjoyed by students and families.

Box Office provides CCISD with secure, mobile-friendly, and cashless ticketing across athletics, fine arts, and student activities for all campuses. Real-time sales reporting helps administrators track revenue as it comes in, and integrated payment processing reduces manual reconciliation after every event. For fans and families, it means less time in line and more time in the stands.

Alongside its ticketing operations, CCISD has also adopted Schoolfundr as its digital fundraising solution. This gives campuses a fully digital way to raise funds without going door-to-door or selling physical products. With no platform fees, every dollar raised stays with the students and programs that earned it. During 2025-2026 school year, students raised and kept over $410,000 across 56+ campaigns.

"Having one partner handle athletics ticketing and fundraising across the district has simplified how we operate. Box Office takes care of game day, and Schoolfundr gives our schools a straightforward way to raise money," said Kevin Hendrickson, Athletic Director at CCISD. "There is transparency and consistency. Our administrators can see exactly what is happening at every campus, and our families have a simple, experience whether they are buying a ticket or supporting a fundraiser."

"We're proud to continue supporting Corpus Christi ISD as they strengthen their commitment to both ticketing and fundraising across the district," said Dennis Levene, CEO of Hometown.

As part of the partnership, CCISD also has access to Schoolfundr+, which gives administrators and athletic directors centralized tracking and reporting, streamlined approval processes, financial transparency, custom campaign graphics, and dedicated support, all at no cost to the schools or the district.

CCISD joins other leading districts in Texas that are selecting Hometown's suite of solutions to power their programs. Designed with K-12 education in mind, Hometown gives district administrators the visibility and control they need.
