Cincinnati Public Schools Expands Ticketing Partnership with Hometown, Adds Schoolfundr for Districtwide Fundraising

CINCINNATI, OH - August 4, 2026 — Cincinnati Public Schools has expanded its partnership with Hometown, renewing Box Office for districtwide digital ticketing and adding Schoolfundr to bring fee-free fundraising to athletic programs and activities across the district.

Since adopting Box Office in August 2024, the district has sold more than 30,000 tickets, giving fans a fast, secure, and mobile-friendly way to attend events while giving administrators and athletic directors real-time reporting and integrated payment processing. The decision to renew districtwide reflects the confidence Cincinnati Public Schools has built in a solution that makes event operations easier for staff and the game-day experience better for fans and families.

With Schoolfundr now in place, students and coaches can launch fundraising campaigns without going door-to-door or selling physical products. Every dollar raised goes directly to the programs that earned it, with no fees taken from what students raise.

“We’re excited to expand our partnership with Hometown as we continue to enhance the experience for our students, families, and community,” said Josh Hardin, Athletics Director at Cincinnati Public Schools. “Having both ticketing and fundraising in one platform allows us to operate more efficiently while providing a consistent and user-friendly experience across our programs.”

“We’re proud to continue our partnership with Cincinnati Public Schools and support their growth across both ticketing and fundraising,” said Dennis Levene, CEO of Hometown. “By combining Box Office and Schoolfundr, districts can simplify operations and create a more connected, efficient experience for their communities.”

By expanding its use of Hometown’s platform, Cincinnati Public Schools joins other Ohio schools taking a strategic step toward a more unified, digital-first approach to managing both ticketing and fundraising district-wide.
