DALLAS, OR - September 29, 2026 — The Mid-Willamette Conference has adopted Hometown as its conference-wide partner for digital ticketing, fee-free fundraising and athletic websites, bringing Engage, Box Office, and Schoolfundr to member schools across the conference.
Rather than asking every school to manage admissions, fundraising and communications through different vendors, the conference's athletic directors wanted a single partner they could count on across all three. With Hometown, member schools now run event ticketing, fundraising campaigns and athletic websites through one connected system, so front office staff spend less time switching between logins and more time on the events themselves.
Box Office is already live at five member high schools and the conference office, replacing manual, cash-only gates with digital tickets fans can buy from their phones. Gate staff scan tickets in seconds instead of counting cash, and athletic directors get a real-time view of revenue from every event, so closing out a Friday night no longer means reconciling a cashbox.
Schoolfundr is rolling out at select member schools, giving coaches and boosters a fee-free way to raise money for their programs. Because Schoolfundr does not take a cut of what is raised, every dollar a team brings in through a campaign goes back to its students: member schools have already saved thousands by fundraising through Schoolfundr.
Two member schools have also launched new athletic websites on Engage, Hometown's athletic website solution, giving families one place to find schedules, scores and ticket links, with a conference-wide site in development. Together, Engage, Box Office and Schoolfundr give the Mid-Willamette Conference one trusted partner for the systems its schools use every week.
"The Mid-Willamette Conference partnered with Hometown to provide a streamlined, unified digital platform for our schools," said Ron Snively, Athletic Director at Dallas High School. "Having a conference website and streamlined ticketing tool simplifies everything for our schools while making it seamless for our families and fans to navigate attending events. The conference-wide tool will not only improve conference events and financial reporting, but it has directly supported our mission of supporting and celebrating our student-athletes by driving more revenue into our budget to put back into the students.”
“Hometown's partnership with the OSAA also makes implementation easy: with schedule integration from the OSAA and easy-to-navigate websites, our communities benefit from a better event experience," Snively continued.
The Mid-Willamette Conference is an Oregon School Activities Association (OSAA) 5A athletic conference bringing together high schools across the Willamette Valley to compete in football, basketball, soccer, volleyball, track and field, and more. Member athletic departments work together on scheduling and sportsmanship so their student-athletes can focus on competition and their communities can focus on supporting them.
"West Albany High School is excited to partner with Hometown! We have used Hometown for OSAA State Events and made the decision to embrace the benefits of digital ticketing for all of our school events as well,” said Don Lien, Athletic Director at West Albany High School. “Their support staff, training tutorials, and efficiency of taking gate is our biggest reason for making this partnership happen. As an Athletic Director, now in my 5th year, I regret that I did not make this decision sooner."
"Bringing together ticketing, fundraising and athletic websites under one partner takes real coordination across seven schools, and the Mid-Willamette Conference is doing exactly that," said Dennis Levene, CEO of Hometown. "We're glad to support their athletic directors as they build a more connected experience for their students, families and fans across the conference."
